L. martagon var. daugava f. immaculatum

While immaculate term most likely refers to a pristine, pure white it can also be an absent of characteristics as in the features or traits.

This particular species was wild harvested from the bank and understories of woodlands adjacent the Daugava River. The season that they were harvested, I had asked for 12 of these and sold all but two, To my surprise, last year I noticed it to be without any markings and attributed it to the season and what I call ‘off ‘ winer and spring conditions. I remember digging it up and placing it into container enviroment for protection.

Knowing that the container environment that was provided was not the best, it is now going into the grounds to be further evaluated This species is rather stout in height that is just about two feet tall. I will await for maturity to make the full discussion of this lovely spotless species of L. martagon var daugave f. immaculatum
