Parentage: (L. × dalhansonii × unknown) X unknown. R: E. Robinson (1965), N: E. Robinson (1978), I: E. Robinson (1978), REG: E. Robinson (1980)
Inside dark pink, with some cream coloration towards base; outside paler; spots large, reddish, over basal half of tepals. Tepals slightly recurved. Lvs whorled, mid green. Stems 1 m, with c.12 fls. (Published in Gaybird Nursery Cat., 1978.). Spots from differently on each bloom. Fragrance and pale shite buds that mature to a glowing soft baby pink.
When looking at these when starting to bloom, they all appear rather flat and when I come back the next day, they are recurved and absolutely magical. Dancing ever so high on 4-5 foot stems, they are a sensation. Pink Attraction is a classic and historic martagon lily that is not offered too often and I am thinning my clump out this season.
